I’m about 100 pages from finishing this book, which starts out interesting enough, then takes a twist about halfway through that makes it quite thrilling. I was wondering whether comparisons to “The Silence of the Lambs” were justified, but plot-wise…yes, they are. The Swedish film version is playing at Fine Arts Theatre, and I’m hoping to catch it this weekend. Next read: “Shutter Island” by Dennis Lehane, then the sequel to “Dragon Tattoo”: “The Girl Who Played with Fire.”
